Unfortunately we do not offer any Returns.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the price tags. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will happily exchange it for another item in the same collection for the same price subject to stock availability. YOU ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE TO EXCHANGE ONCE ON YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
There are certain situations where exchange is not guaranteed (if applicable)
- Clothing with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Late or missing Exchange (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and receiving the exchange. Kindly include a self-addressed envelope for us to ship your exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
